Comfort food needn’t be meat-centric. In this class, we will prepare a hearty, satisfying Mushroom Bourgignon with creamy polenta, accompanying sides and dessert.

We’ll start the class with a glass of bubbly (21+) or sparkling water and light nibbles, then students will receive detailed instruction and plenty of hands-on experience creating a warming, soul-soothing meal together.

*Long hair should be tied back, and comfortable shoes are recommended, as we will be standing for the majority of the class.
